Two Doors Down Cafe is appreciated for its good quality coffee and tea served in proper cups, along with tasty food including breakfast buns, tarts, and bagels. Customers also value the casual atmosphere with outdoor seating, friendly service, and additional amenities like free wifi and bike-related accessories.
Visitors should note some occasional mix-ups with menu descriptions and milk preferences, so double-check orders if needed. Bike parking can fill up when busy, and while there is no restroom onsite, a clean public toilet is available nearby.
Simple and good coffee for the fair (average) price. Not too bitter. I had a flat white. No latte art but dont judge by the looks. Choc berry tart was very delicious, not too sweet. Clean public toilet across the road. Tas free wifi available. Also sells stickers and accessories for mountain bikes.
Great place to stop for coffee and cake… let those motorbikes go ahead ;) *Double check they used the right milk. I asked for Almond and swear it was cow's milk. Fortunately no accidents, just nausea
Delicious cafe food and thank goodness a great cup of tea served in a pot with a proper cup. (I hate drinking out of cardboard)
Wonderful Cafe in main street with great outdoor seating on picnic tables. Friendly service, but a bit overrun. Had trouble finding a menu, and food doesn't show proce labels, or even descriptions. But it all looked wonderful, and what looked like a salmon bagel I was told was a vegetarian bagel but turned out to be a sweet potato bagel... some other food confusion as well but all was tasty none the less, atmosphere and staff all very cheerful and friendly.
Very nice food I loved the breakfast bun and chocolate thick shake however the bike parking can get full easily when busy
We had a pumpkin soup and a chicken toast for lunch. Very nice service and great homemade food. The smoothies looked really nice, but didn’t try them. Recommend it!
We visited Derby a few years ago, surprised at how much has changed. Stopped here for a coffee and snacks on our way to Launceston. Two Doors is located in a nicely designed building, MTB biking and local community vib. Good coffee, choice of indoor or outdoor umbrella seating. Limited car parking so maybe a good bike access option.
Very casual atmosphere which is exactly what you'd expect in a quiet country cafe. Staff were beautiful and very chatty. Coffees were good, and the food was presented well with good simple flavours. Not too much on the menu available but that's good if you don't want to make too many decisions!
